Do you want to be part of helping us realise our vision? We’re recruiting 3-4 new Trustees!

We’re on a journey of change at ODAC, building from our radical artistic history and the needs of our local communities, and the fantastic potential of our current premises. We are making more charitable, social and artistic impact and we know it’s just the start.

Do you want to help guide ODAC’s future and ensure that our centre and programmes reach the artistic and local communities that they’re intended for - all while staying financially stable? If so, you could be a great Trustee.

Recently, we’ve been reiterating and redefining what ODAC is and what we’re aiming for….

Cohesive, creative communities thriving in Euston together.

As a registered charity (Diorama Arts Centre), ODAC is governed by a Board of Trustees - a group of volunteers who lend their professional and personal experience to oversee the organisation. While day-to-day management and programmes are delegated to the staff team, the Trustees are ultimately responsible for the finances and direction of the charity.

We are looking to recruit 3 or 4 new Trustees to join the Board. We are open to all applications from interested people, but we are particularly keen to recruit Trustees with the following experiences:

  • Subsidised-sector performing arts leadership

  • Commercial creative industries leadership (including TV, film and theatre)

  • London Borough of Camden social and/or arts based charity management and networks

  • Part of/working with the Regent’s Park ward/Euston communities and developments

  • Professional financial management – a Treasurer

  • Socially-engaged artistic practice

For full information, and how to apply, download the Application Pack: Recruitment Pack, Board of Trustees (PDF)

Informal conversations about the role, plans and organisation can be arranged with Daniel Pitt, Creative Director & Chief Executive, ahead of application. Email daniel@olddiorama.com to arrange a time for a call.

Deadline for full applications: 10am, Monday 5th September 2022
